Review: Not used since an awful and expensive tiny £80 wreath looked worse than a £20 one .. ordering on a previous occasion the staff were ‘off’ husband got valentines bouquet 14th £40.50 today 17th and they are half dead and yellow .. needless to say i will be telling him not to go there again

Review: Valentines bouquet looked like this after 2 days. I complained and was asked to send a photo, then asked to bring them back in. Was told it was my fault they looked like this as they where too hot. Interesting given they where in a north facing room and no where near a radiator. Once they where finished explaining that it was totally down to me and not them that my roses where dying, they replaced the roses. No apologies no accountability. Awful service.
